Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Specialist based in USA preferably from Texas (Applicants from other states are still encouraged to apply) to help market and sale our cybersecurity, website development, and software solutions to businesses across the USA. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect, engage, and close clients into signing long-term contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and reach out to SMBs that need cybersecurity, website development, or software services.
✔️ Cold Outreach & Follow-Ups – Use email, LinkedIn, and calls to engage decision-makers.
✔️ Sales Meetings & Pitches – Set up and conduct client calls (without our involvement).
✔️ Objection Handling & Closing – Persuade potential clients to sign 12-month contracts.
✔️ Contract Signing Handoff – Once a client is ready, you will coordinate the contract signing, and we take over execution.

Milestone-Based Compensation & Performance Expectations:

Signed Contract Bonus$1,500 per contractApplies to the first 3 clients closed each month (client must sign & make the first payment).
Meeting-to-Contract Bonus$250 per meetingAwarded if a meeting results in a signed contract & first payment within 30 days.
Extra Client Bonus$2,000 per additional clientUncapped bonus for every client beyond the 3rd client in a given month.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

– Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in Software and IT services.

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

– Experience conducting sales meetings and pitches.

– Strong ability to handle objections and close deals.

– Familiarity with the cybersecurity, website development, and software solutions industry is a plus.
